Here’s a link to a story on my good friend Alyssa Gusenoff’s new book, “Margarita Mama: Mocktails for Moms-to-Be.” I can’t be sure who is reading but I suspect a lot of you are pregnant or endurance athletes (just add some protein for a great post-workout recovery drink).

    i got so caught up, i forgot to say thank you! seriously though, i’ve been seeking out this information. otherwise, the best i can come up with is club soda and lime juice. lame.
