Devilled Zucchini

If you have a HUGE (I mean arm’s length) zucchini from your garden and you’re not sure just how to cook it, this is what I would suggest:

Cut the zucchini in half, lengthwise. The cut it in half again, this time, the other direction.

Bake your zucchini face down in the oven at 375 for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile brown some lean ground beef with onions, and tomato sauce.

Scoop out the middle of the zucchini, mix it with the beef/onions/tomato sauce, then put it back in the shell of the zucchini.

Bake all of it at 375 for about 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan. Yum!!!

PS: I cannot take credit for creating this recipe (although I did come up with the name myself) I’m just telling you, its GOOD and the best part is it only has FIVE ingredients!
