I blogged for 45 days in a row.
Oh yeah and I also posted a major PR at the Santa Barbara International Half Marathon. I finished in a time of 1:44:37. Um, yeah that makes me feel like dancing.
Due to a logistical malfunction the race started 15 minutes late, and I was on borrowed time to begin with given the whole nursing thing. The only thing that feels even better than crossing the finish line when you leave your guts on the course is nursing afterwards. Full race report to come!

I got some really nice text messages and voicemails from people (people = my mom), which I really appreciate! Thanks also for your positive comments on the blog and for any nice thoughts that never materialized into a physical message. I knew that if I met my goal it would be by the skin of my teeth, so every little positive bit of energy helped!
